Refund & Cancellation Policy

Review the introductory charge, recurring billing, cancellation and refund questions before confirming a payment.

1. Membership Options

IQeur offers two subscription options:

Standard Membership: $30.00 USD today, then $30.00 USD every 28 days until cancelled.

Introductory Offer Membership: $1.00 USD for 3 days, then $30.00 USD every 28 days until cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

Refund requests can be sent to [email protected]. Requests are reviewed case by case, while mandatory consumer-law rights remain unaffected. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Customers should contact [email protected] about duplicate, unauthorized, or technical-error charges.

3. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Customers can cancel anytime at iqeur.com/subscription or from their account profile under Settings → Membership & billing. Cancellation stops future renewal, and membership access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

In IQeur, open Profile → Settings → Membership & billing → Manage subscription, or visit iqeur.com/subscription and sign in. The subscription page displays your status and cancellation options.
Cancellation prevents the next renewal; access remains until the displayed current period end. Cancel before the next scheduled charge to prevent a further renewal.

4. Accidental Charges and Billing Inquiries

If you believe a charge is unauthorized or duplicated, email [email protected]. Keep the charge date and receipt for reference; do not send card details.

Cancellation stops future renewal according to the date Stripe displays; it does not automatically refund an earlier charge.
