1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, initiating an assessment, or subscribing to IQeur services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Membership Options, Billing, and Automatic Renewal

IQeur offers two membership paths:

(1) Standard Membership: $30.00 USD is charged immediately and renews at $30.00 USD every 28 days until cancelled.

(2) Introductory Offer Membership: $1.00 USD is charged once for 3 days of access. On the exact renewal date shown before checkout, the membership renews at $30.00 USD every 28 days until cancelled.

The introductory offer is a paid introductory offer, not a free trial. Both membership options provide the same full membership access.

Before checkout, IQeur displays the amount charged today, the first renewal date, the renewal amount, and the renewal frequency.

By confirming payment after reviewing these terms in the payment form, you authorize the displayed initial payment and recurring payments until cancellation. IQeur records the offer, disclosed renewal date, amounts, renewal interval, time of acceptance and version of these terms to document that instruction. Opening the payment form alone is not acceptance.

Customers can cancel anytime through iqeur.com/subscription. Cancellation prevents the next renewal, and access remains available through the end of the current paid period.

3. Cancellation and Remaining Access

You retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.

How to cancel: Sign in, open Settings → Membership & billing → Manage subscription, or visit iqeur.com/subscription. The IQeur subscription page shows your current status and cancellation options.

The subscription page displays the current period end and cancellation status. Cancel before the scheduled renewal to avoid the next charge.

4. Digital Delivery & Instant Access

IQeur delivers digital goods and services electronically. Upon successful checkout confirmation through Stripe, your account is immediately granted access to premium cognitive reports, full question review keys, downloadable vector certificates, and cognitive training modules.

5. Nature of Cognitive Assessments (Educational & Entertainment Disclaimer)

IQeur cognitive assessments, estimated IQ scores, and practice certificates are designed for educational, self-reflective, and intellectual practice purposes.

Medical Disclaimer: IQeur is NOT a healthcare or clinical psychology provider. Our assessments do NOT constitute standardized clinical IQ evaluations (such as WAIS or Stanford-Binet) or medical/psychiatric diagnoses, and cannot be used for official educational admissions or clinical credentialing.

6. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to share your account credentials with third parties, deploy automated scraping scripts, reverse engineer scoring heuristics, or attempt unauthorized access to platform servers.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
